On Goals For Your Soul

ON SOUL GOALS:

If we are wise we have clear and outlined goals for our lives. If we are wiser we have clear an outlined goals for our souls.

The human life is a dual life; inner and outer, material and spiritual. From the moment of birth we strive to reach plateaus of achievement, learning to walk, talk, assimilate socially and become productive members of our society. But all of that is outer.

In the meantime, the majority of the experience of our lives is not an “exo-phenomenon,” it is inner. Your evolving psychological states, emotional maturation or emotional immaturity, cultivated understanding of self and life, or the lack of it, colors your entire experience of life––outer and inner. You are an inner being first. You live from the inside out.

Lack of inner development work can sabotage every outer goal you seek to realize. Therefore, having clear and outlined outer goals without clear and outlined inner development goals is a non-awakened life.

Have clear goals for each half of your human life. Develop a clear compass for your evolving soul. Embarking upon both of these roads, inner and outer, is the only way to reach the destination of “a whole, happy, healthy and complete being.”
