Akil's Cashew Strawberry Milkshake Heaven (All Vegan)
Packed full of delicious protein, raw cashews are often my go-to source to make protein-rich nut milk, nut-based sauces and nutty smoothies. The raw flesh of the cashew is sweet, soft, delicious and smooth.
Even a handful of raw cashews keep me good during a movie when I’m trying to avoid potato chip binging––which I do more often than I care to write about. Cashews help me escape the habit while giving me a bonafide nutrition boost.
One of my favorite cashew masterpieces is my Cashew Strawberry Milkshake. It’s amazing. It’s emotional. It’s an event. And it’s whipped-up with sweet frothy ease. Wanna know how?
Ok. Here we go below.

When you remove your milkshake from the freezer it’s going to be crazy good and cold and thick. I usually like to top mine off with a piece of fresh mint and cacao powder when I’m feeling all fancy. Did I really just say that?
If you’re ever over my home and you happen to see me happily sipping one, don’t ask me for any thinking you’re just going to roll-up on my bliss like that.
