To be honest…

We're more careful about the quality of gasoline we put into our cars than the quality of food we put into our bodies. Do we unconsciously hate ourselves that much? –– to the point where a leased hunk of metal on four wheels is more precious, prioritized and worthy of our nurturance than the body which houses us? Yes, that is how materialistic we have been made in our society. Yes, that is how unconsciously masochistic we have been made toward self. But we don't have to stay that way.

Take control of your situation. Honor Thyself.

Have a mindful breakfast to start your day. 

Have a mindful lunch to keep it going. 

Have a mindful dinner to complete it. 

MINDFUL means putting some THOUGHT behind what you are putting into your mouth versus having it all thought out for you by the food and pharmaceutical industrialists who want you sick, fat, chemically addicted and compulsive––to keep them rich.

Breakfast could really be this simple if you let it. A simple breakfast like this could leave you with a clear mind, a light body and a clean blood chemistry to master the first quarter of your day. You’d be amazed how well the human body performs when not bogged down with the complex sludge we've been trained to shovel into it each morning.

The propaganda of a big greasy, meaty, doughy, sugary breakfast to start our day has been etched into our minds as the right course of action––for self and family. But look at the state of American bodies today. Look at the state of American health today. We have become big portly pouches of disease and disease probability. Can we really afford to continue following the food propaganda that has been preached to us by manipulative capitalists? Do those voices really have any true care or concern for us or our health? If you think so, I'm sorry to say, you've been made a complete fool. The proof is in the results. Therefore, look at the results of our body health under their guidance and conditioning. Would you keep using a fuel that had your car in constant breakdown, disrepair and corrosion?

Probably not.

For decades counterproductive food habituations been etched into our minds but we never check to see WHO IS DOING THE ETCHING of these food pyramids or official daily suggested this or official daily suggested that. We never check to see if the industrial manufacturers of these breakfast products (and other) are the same ones pushing their gluttonous ideologies upon us through governmental lobbying and strategic advertising––to bolster their financial profits. This is like when we never check to see if all the holidays we brainlessly celebrate were actually created by the greeting card industry that financially gains from them? Hello? It all would be hilarious if it weren’t so sad and weren't so true.

The invitation here is an opportunity to abandon our propensity for brainless following, brainless doing and brainless anything. It's an opportunity to be mindful and awake about all we do––especially those things that affect our well being.

When it comes to industrial food marketing, you’re mostly being manipulated, my friend. You've been studied. You've been predicted. You've been planned. It's all Pavlovian Profiteering––and guess who has replaced Pavlov’s compulsive dog? That’s right. Ahem… Cough… YOU.

My unsolicited but caring advice: 

Research. Find yourself a good herbal body cleanse. Detox yourself. Allow all of your body’s natural and organic “nutrient longings” to be restored and reset to their normal settings. Ditch the programmed cravings. 

Herbal cleansing or detoxing helps the body purge all of the mini-chemical-addictions that have been established in you from the consumption of corporate food products––marketed via heavily financed food ideologies from industrial food entrepreneurs. In many ways, we’ve been made into legal addicts beyond our knowing, to keep us impulsively purchasing the things we (and they) already know are harmful to our bodies.

Take control of your situation.

Be vigilantly mindful about the fuel you choose for your body.

It is a way of self honor.
